There are times in which we go through it and are so deeply in the weeds of solving or fixing our own issues, that we forget to look up. Sure we all have problems and all are trying to recover from the unwanted curveballs that life throws our way.

Depending on the age, sometimes kids can not determine which "secrets" will break their families apart. Honestly, that's too much pressure to place on our kids.

We have all seen it in the movies, know someone who is the recipient, or might be the Mom shaming bully herself. Mom Shaming is common and defined as moms bullying other moms based on the choices that they are making regarding pregnancy and parenting.

As women, we have so much on our plate and men, can really help us in that journey.

Many women deal with the trauma of the sexual assault and are still not comfortable speaking about it. Be compassionate to those that feel the need to tell their stories as its not easy to come forward.

Our kids are going through so much and may not tell us how we can support them.
