Giana and her family, who worked with the nonprofit Wings of Rescue to help relocate 109 dogs from overcrowded California shelters to loving homes across the U.S and a 15-year-old named Anthony who used CPR he learned in health class to save his stepfather's life during a cardiac emergency.
