Joe's journey came full circle during COVID, cultivating the ability for him to execute 6, that right 6 studio albums, with his 7th dropping soon. Joe and I discussed his evolution to finding his true self as he continues his path towards upward mobility.

When Jennifer "Jenn" Delgado completed her degree, she anticipated a career full of adventure, and excitement in hopes of ultimately bringing joy to those around her.

Impacted like many during the pandemic Jenn was one of the first on the chopping block.  An adventure then ensued, which brought Jenn international and back again just in time for a new normal.  Jenn knew her history in hotels where over, but hospitality can happen anywhere you bring it.  Jenn still wanted to do what she loved but have a better work-life balance.  She mobilized up, and found her new home, where she feels support, praise, and appreciation like she's never received before.

Nathaniel "JR" Green was interviewed as unlike others negatively impacted by COVID, he in turn thrived.  We discuss his evolution in the tech industry and how it began from super humble beginnings.  It's all connected, & for JR, every task he completes aims towards a better & improved experience for those he is helping.  JR finds success, longevity, & peace during the pandemic, and continues to live life on a path to Upward Mobility.

I had the privilege to interview Ms. Jaimie Barbot who worked in the hotel/hospitality industry for 18 years, just for one company.  When COVID impacted her hotel, most staff were laid off......except for her.  Not working for free, she changed jobs within the same industry..but did not stay at that job long.  Jaimie took a shot, and was able to find another job in a completely different industry. AND the job didn't start for a couple of months  She decided to take some time off from work and began elevating to the upward mobility within herself.
