Organic Pulse Ensemble our Swedish "One Man Ensemble" is back with a beautiful album. "The Light Comes Black" is an ode to the ominous season of Winter in the northern parts of the globe specially around January in this time of year when days and nights blend together in a long period of darkness. It's also about the time when the light comes back along with life and nature reviving in Spring.

The album tells a story about that cycle, first the sun descending marks the beginning of the long dark. As we step further into Winter we're given time to reflect on the Mighty Cold coming from the north.

Later filled with hope and joy we See The Sun Rise, that moment when darkness goes away and birds start singing again. The Light Comes Black was inspired by that special feeling in your heart when you finally see sun light again and it feels like being reborn. When you live in those parts of the world this is a cycle and it becomes more than just a phenomenon it's also a way of life.

We're pleased to offer you this incredible album on a special limited vinyl edition.

Urban Waves Records proudly announces "Gris" the third album by Lidly. the producer hailing from Shibuya, Tokyo, Japan brought us an emotional and melancholic album that presents like a story thanks to the incredible artwork by Max Wilkins. "Gris" is about the passing of time exploring classic sounds, with the dusty sampling, and mixing the rare vintage treasures of the past with the modern and experimental atmosphere that makes the unique style of Lidly which we love so much. Gris was originally a soundtrack made for a dear friend of Lidly and his hair salon called "Gris" in Nakameguro, Tokyo. Thankfully the project shaped up into a full album and we got the chance to be able to release it for you.

The album on vinyl will be a collective effort, as we opted in for a Qrates crowdfunding. Please if you wanna support the project head over and pre-order a copy. The end of the campaign will be 2 weeks after the final release of the album which is planned for January 27th.

We will progressively unveil more tracks as time go in between now and the final release. So stay tuned :)

Best wishes

Wun Two does us the honor of providing the next album in the 777 series with his Casino EP. The sound aesthetic of the project has a very vintage 70's Americana feeling. Wun Two takes us on a time travel on the legendary Strip in Las Vegas, the city that never sleeps. You can easily imagine the old school neon lights quickly moving while you are driving by. And if you close your eyes you can even hear the buzz of the city like you were there. As always Wun Two delivers and keeps surprising. His music is always fresh and heartwarming this is why we are super thrilled to be able to bring this album out.

This is the second EP we are dropping in the 777 series that is inspired by and themed around the world of luck and gambling. The concept is simple and made to please the fans. A series of little collector 7 inches 45rpm vinyls that are of the highest quality while keeping a low price. 7 inch vinyl, 7 minutes of music, 7 euros is what the 777 stands for.

Here's a new single taken from the upcoming album by Jesse Koolhaas "Click Me" dropping as a follow up to his Organized LP in January 2020. "On The Bus" is an atmospheric tale that goes up and down with the tempo adding a double dimension to the listening experience. Inspired by golden age electronic music yet modern and fresh in perspective On The Bus takes you on this nice little trip with a twist. The sound design and the story telling are both on point as usual with Jesse's style. This is a sweet first preview into his new project, please enjoy and keep an eye out for more to come!
