Sahir is one of the master poets, not only of the ghazal but also the nazm. I'm sure you'll enjoy this beautiful poem about how one's sometimes forced to end relationships.

This famous song/nazm was sung by Mehdi Hasan and then by many subsequent artists, including Ali Zafaf, which is my favourite.
