This week it is all about Mind reading.

As humans we have the unique ability to read each other's cues and it can seem like we know intuitively what the other person is saying.

While it is a valuable skill to have, it can often go too far and become a debilitating issue.

In my podcast, I will talk about how we need to limit and assess our perceived mind reading skills.

we often don't know what we think we know.

All you have to do is ask and make sure you are not falling into a rabbit hole.

Mind reading needs to be cautious and you have to take a minute.

I will talk about the various aspects of being perceived as assertive versus aggressive as a female.

We have cultural conditioning that labels women as aggressive when they are trying to be assertive, hence the willingness to ascend to leadership roles is hindered.

In my podcast, I discuss my personal experience with this phenomenon and a few things to consider.

In this episode, I will talk about the perception that we need permission to venture out on our own.

I will touch upon my own experience growing up in a Government (Public school) and how one of my teachers really inspired me to do something I would have been scared to do.

Then I take about the circumstances where permission is easier to assume.

I then discuss the compound benefits of assuming you have permission to try new things on your own and how it helps your development.
