The U.S. passport isn’t what it used to be. For the first time, America has slipped out of the top 10 in global travel rankings — landing at No. 12, tied with Malaysia and just ahead of Romania. The latest Henley & Partners Passport Index shows a continued decline from the days when the U.S. held the top spot.
