Democratic Congresswoman Betty McCollum is asking that President Joe Biden withdraw his bid for re-election. In a statement, McCollum calls on Biden to step aside and Vice President Kamala Harris to run in his place. The longtime representative for the east Twin Cities metro said Harris should choose Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz as her running mate.
