The ICC has opened an investigation into war crimes committed in Occupied Palestine. The ICC will look at potential war crimes committed by Israel and Palestinians. Israel is attempting to invoke claims of anti-Semitism to undermine and end the ICC's investigation. While it is unlikely Israeli officials will be held accountable by the ICC for their actions, the ICC probe could help shed light on the war crimes committed in Palestine.
