Security officials have said the United States is constructing a secret army base in central Israel. The new base, which is being built in response to the Iranian missile threat, is reportedly designed to withstand ballistic missile attacks.

According to the report the base, which is already in advanced stages of construction, will be fully manned at all times and prepared for emergency situations. The base is linked to the U.S. army’s radar facility in Dimona. Dimona is also the location of Israel’s nuclear facility.

This disclosure is of special interest since the Bible prophesies that America will defend Israel during the end times. Revelation 12:14 depicts the American eagle protecting Israel from the wrath of the Antichrist during the time called the great tribulation. Even though the prophecy is 2,000 years old, yet we are watching it come to pass right before our eyes.
