YCINT SEARCH WARRANT YIELDS DRUGS AND EXPLOSIVE DEVICE IN WILLAMINA News Release from Yamhill Co. Sheriff's OfficeOn Thursday, at approximately 4:50 p.m. the Yamhill County Interagency Narcotics Team (YCINT) served a search warrant at 852 SW Pioneer Street in the City of Willamina. 34 year old resident Robert Scott Ulery was arrested and lodged on violation of probation. Detectives discovered over 20 grams of methamphetamine and a live, Viet Nam era hand grenade. Evidence supp orting the fact that Ulery was delivering methamphetamine was located as well. Additional charges are expected relating to the evidence seized. The following morning the investigation continued into the City of Salem where detectives detained two individuals and seized a vehicle. A subsequent search warrant was served on the vehicle and an additional two ounces of methamphetamine were located. Two subjects associated with the vehicle were identified as Katrina Nelson Myers, 21, of Eugene and Daniel Lee Houston, 38, of Salem. Houston was lodged at the Marion County Jail on violation of parole. Additional drug charges are expected to be filed on both suspects. YCINT was assisted by the Yamhill County Sheriff's Office, Oregon State Police, and the Grand Ronde Tribal Police.
