On Monday, May 11th, at approximately 3:22 a.m. the Yamhill County Sheriff's Office responded to a single vehicle, rollover crash the 15000 block of NW Baker Creek Road in rural McMinnville. Upon arrival, deputies determined the driver was deceased and a second subject had sustained serious inj uries. A third subject, also injured, was found walking down Baker Creek Road by deputies a short time later. The passengers were identified as 19 year old Dylan Nymeyer and 20 year old Mitchel Graham. The deceased driver was identified as 20 year old Parker Wold. Graham was transported to the Willamette Valley Medical Center by ambulance and Nymeyer was flown to a Portland hospital via Life Flight. All three subjects involved in the crash are residents of McMinnville. The Yamhill County Multi-Agency Traffic Team (MATT) was activated to investigate the crash. The case is ongoing at this time; however, initial indications are that speed and alcohol may have been factors. "These types of crashes are always hard to cope with because they are so preventable." said Sheriff Tim Svenson. "Initial indicators show alcohol may have been a factor. POLK COUNTY WOMAN WANTED FOR ROBBERY AND KIDNAPPINGOn 5-7-2015 at about 3:15 p.m. deputies from the Polk County Sheriff's Office responded to a report of a woman calling for help in the roadway near 16575 Bridgeport Road outside Dallas. The woman was reported to have duct tape over her mouth and wrapped around her head. The woman, who was later identified as Karen Dangburn, reported that her daughter, Maura Olsson, had taken her at shotgun point from her travel trailer in the back yard of the above listed residence into the main residence, where Maura lives with her hus band and their two boys. Karen reported that Maura then duct taped her to a chair in the dining room and struck her in the back of the head with the shotgun. Karen reported that Maura stole $1,000.00 in cash from her trailer, a cell phone and then stole her green 1997 Toyota Camry bearing Oregon Plate 975EJS. The shotgun used in the robbery was located and seized from within the residence. PCSO is currently looking for Maura and the green Toyota.
