Last week we considered the unilateral Executive Orders on immigration that President Biden issued.

This week we will consider what the sweeping immigration reform legislation that Biden and members of his administration would want to create.  However, for now, at least, it appears that there is enough opposition among some Democrats in Congress that any immigration laws will be approached in piece-meal fashion.

Nevertheless it is important to understand the impact that these changes in our immigration laws would have on America and Americans.

The recent deadly car crash just north of the Mexican border involving suspected illegal aliens crammed into an SUV along with massive numbers of unaccompanies alien children has grabbed the headlines- we need to look beyond the headines.

On February 22nd FrontPage Magazine published my latest article, 

Biden Cripples Immigration Law Enforcement: When Executive Orders handcuff agents - and set law violators free.

With the stroke of his “magic pen” the President acted unilaterally without the Advice and Consent of the Congress to have a huge impact on the immigration issue- in fact, exacerbating the immigration crisis.  

It would appear, as we shall see this evening, that the Biden’s immigration Executive Orders are unconstitutional and in violation of existing immigration laws.

On February 26th The Blaze published an opinion piece that illustrates that there are state governments that will not stand for Biden’s dangerous overreach:

President Biden has announced his newest Executive Orders on immigration and, coupled with the push by the radicalized Democrats to “reform” immigration law paint a clear picture that America’s borders and America’s laws don’t matter.

Clearly Biden and his cohorts hate the Trump “America First” concept.

I have two articles in the works for FrontPage Magazine about these issues and I plan to spend this evening busting the myths and illustrating how Biden’s immigration policies amount to an act of “National Suicide.”

FrontPage Magazine published my latest article on February 10, 2021:Donald Trump Was America’s Whistleblower-In-Chief: He exposed endemic corruption in the DC cesspool.

Today we will consider why and how Trump created panic in the political elite and their allies in the media when he praised to “Drain the swamp” and then implemented immigration policies to protect national security, public safety and lives and livelihoods of Americans in ways that infuriated the globalists from from both poltical parties.

This will lead us to the ways that Trump has come under relentless vicious attack while tens of millions of disenfranchised Americans who were attracted to President Trump’s policies of putting America first are now also being attacked and according to some, need to be “Deprogrammed.”

Last week I noted that one of President Biden’s first Executive Orders was to terminate the construction of the border wall constructed by the Trump administration along segments of the U.S./Mexican border.  I addressed this ill-conceived action in my latest article for FrontPage Magazine which was published this morning:

On Feb. 4 Epoch Times Reported, Border Patrol Agents Arrest 11 Iranians in Arizona Who Illegally Entered US.  This is not to say that these aliens are definitely linked to Iran-sponsored terror groups.  HOWEVER, the possibility exists that these Iranians  sought illegal entry into the U.S. to further Iran’s Anti-American objectives.  (We don’t know what we don’t know!) This brings us back to the nexus between national security and border security. 

Biden’s policies to gut effective immigration law enforcement will profoundly impact America and Americans.  This  will be my continuing focus this evening.

We need to understand how Biden’s policies to gut effective immigration law enforcement will impact America and Americans.  This  will be my focus this evening.

Immigration is a major factor in nearly every challenge and threat that confronts America and Americans in this especially dangerous era.

For many years the mainstream media has chosen sides where the immigration crisis is concerned.  They refer to those who favor fair but effective immigration law enforcement as being “Anti-Immigrant” while those who seek to create immigration anarchy are described as being “Pro-Immigrant.”

Nothing could be further from the truth.

President Biden was sworn into office this past week and already he has signed off on a bunch of Exeuctive Orders to “undo” the work of the Trump administration.  We will consider what this means and pay special attention to Biden’s immigration policies which was the focus of my latest (January 19, 2021) article for FrontPage Magazine:

Here we are, in the last days of the Trump administration with the Biden administration waiting in the wings.

America is as divided as we have ever seen it but it is imperative that we all come together as Americans.

Today I want to talk about my perspectives on the immigration crisis borne of my 30 year career with the  former INS (Immigration and Naturalization Service)- a much criticized  and maligned agency.

America stands at crossroads and it is vital for all Americans to seek common ground with the fellow citizens, irrespective of their respective ideologies.  Double standards abound among the political elite but Americans must reject such hypocrisy.

This has been one hell of a week!

I normally focus on issues that relate to immigration and, while I will make some comments about how Biden has promised (threatened?) to address the multi-faceted immigration crisis, I cannot ignore the obvious- the riot at our nation’s Capitol and how we got here.

This mess has been a long time coming.

Increasingly an ever larger segment of our fellow Americans feel disenfranchised- and with good reason.  The more disenfranchised the citizens of a nation feel the less they believe in the legitimacy of their government.  I will never forget a Political Science professor who said that when citizens of a nation believe that their government lacks legitimacy revolution is frequently the outcome!

Incidentally, the way our nation has addressed the immigration crisis is a major factor in the disenfranchisement of many Americans.

Hi Gang- Happy Friday!

As I noted last wee, keeping track of all of the significant news stories is like going to a 10 ring circus and not miss any of the acts!

Leading off is the disclosure of a massive computer “hack attack” of unprecedented magnitude against a long list of U.S. government agencies and corporations that has apparently been ongoing since this past March.  Purportedly Russia was behind this- although- as might be expected, Putin has denied Russian invovlement in this attack.

Then there is the ongoing investigation into Hunter Biden and his connections to China and other countries while this afternoon nancy Pelosi was given a briefing about the sordid Swalwell affair with alleged Chinese spy Christine Fang aka “Fang Fang.”

The DOJ has announced:

Kenyan National Indicted for Conspiring to Hijack Aircraft on Behalf of the Al Qaeda-Affiliated Terrorist Organization Al Shabaab
