Given the savage terror attack by Uzbeki, Sayfullo Saipov, just blocks from “Ground Zero” I am compelled today to focus on the the nexus between immigration and terrorism.

In debates words are weapons. My article, “Language Wars: The Road to Tyranny is Paved with Language Censorship” is included in the Fall 2017 edition of The Social Contract.

On Oct. 30th FrontPage Magazine published my article: A BAD DEAL FOR THE U.S.-Generous plea bargain for serious human trafficker bodes poorly for national security.  I reported on a disastrous plea bargain with a Pakistani alien smuggler who smuggled aliens from terror-sponsoring countries including a suspected terrorist into the United States. On Oct. 30th I was on “The Dana Show” to discuss immigration. Today we will focus on the drug trade and its nexus to immigration. President Trump has declared the heroin epidemic constitutes a national health crisis.  That crisis is a long time in the making. More than two years ago I wrote an article worth considering today, “Heroin Epidemic: The Real Metric for Determining Border Security.”

On Oct. 23rd FrontPage Magazine published my article, “WHO DESERVES THE DRUG CARTELS' MVP AWARD?The growing list of those feeding the opioid crisis.”  My aritcle connects the dots between the addiction to prescription drugs caused by pharmaceutical companies, their lobbyists and corrupt politicians and the heroin epidemic- a nexus that has been ignored by the mainstream media.

Yesterday, Oct. 26th the DOJ issued a press release.  Its title is self-explanatory, “Founder and Owner of Pharmaceutical Company Insys Arrested and Charged with Racketeering: Defendant and other executives allegedly bribed doctors and pharmacists to prescribe fentanyl spray meant for breakthrough cancer pain.”

Yesterday the San Diego Union-Tribune published an article, 'Dreamer' who claimed to be unlawfully deported to Mexico drops lawsuit against feds. There is a possible story within the story that will likely surprise you- but then, where the parallel universe of immigration, politics and the media are concerned, by now, absolutely nothing should surprise any of us!

Last Sunday 60 Minutes aired a truly eye-opening and infuriating report, “Ex-DEA agent: Opioid crisis fueled by drug industry and Congress.”  I have written a couple of commentaries about the report that will soon be published by FrontPage Mag and CAPS.  You could say that as bad as the picture painted by 60 Minutes and the Washington Post which also participated in the investigation, as the saying goes, “You ain’t seen nothin’ yet!” 

Finally, a couple of months ago, CBS News posted a report, “CBSN: On Assignment" investigates how foreign workers exploit a visa loophole for U.S. jobs.”  We will consider what this report really means and how the media often misrepresents the facts.

Immigration continues to be the most important issue that impacts nearly every challenge and threat to confronts America and Americans in this particularly perilous era.

On October 9, 2017, FrontPage Magazine published my article: HOMELAND SECURITY UNCOVERS MASSIVE IMMIGRATION FAILURES: The devastating consequences for national security. 

The DHS Inspector General reports that served as the basis for my article were the focus of my last program.  However, given the ongoing “War on Terror” and President Trump’s speech today about his intentions to decertify the Nuclear Deal with Iran, we need to consider the nexus between immigration failures and our vulnerabilities to terrorism particularly where Hezbollah and Iranian Qudz Forces (Shock Troops) are concerned.

We will also consider President Trump’s plan to address the issue of the DACA aliens with his plan to imbue the entire immigration system with meaningful integrity and end “Chain Migration.”

For this evening’s program we will consider the national security implications of two OIG (Office of Inspector General) reports, issued just last month, that focus on failures of the immigration system to provide essential information to CBP (Customs and Border Protection) Inspectors at ports of entry that are supposed to flag aliens who pose a threat to public safety and national security and the failure of the databases used by the Adjudications Officers at USCIS (United States Citizenship and Immigration Services) that are supposed to use fingerprints to identify aliens and their backgrounds who seek various immigration including lawful immigrant status and even United States citizenship.

The titles of both of these reports convey the seriousness of these failures even as the President insists on subjecting aliens from terror-related countries to “extreme vetting.”

Last week I was unable to do my show- I was honored by being invited to be the Keynote Speaker in a wonderful town, Grand Lake, Colorado as a part of the celebration of Constitution Week.  I have some interesting thoughts about my visit to that amazing town and its residents that I will share with you this evening.

Today, September 22nd FrontPage Magazine posted my article:  CALIFORNIA POISED TO PROVIDE “SANCTUARY” TO ALIEN CRIMINALS AND TERRORISTS: Playing politics with national security and public safety.

Both article have a common theme- the true importance of our nation’s borders and immigration laws and how corrupt politicians are ignoring what should be obvious and ignoring the findings and recommendations of the 9/11 Commission in pursuit of a global agenda that President Trump and AG Jeff Sessions wisely oppose.

The calculated misuse of language to obfuscate the immigration issue- and a number of other issues. is nothing short of Orwellian "Newspeak!"

On Monday, September 11th we will observe the 16th anniversary of the terror attacks carried out by radical Islamists.  We will reflect on those attacks this evening.

The 9/11 Commission, to which I provided testimony, was crystal clear about the nexus between multiple failures of the immigration system that enabled terrorists, and not just the 19 terrorists who so savagely attacked the United States 16 years ago, but a list of  other terrorists as well, to enter the United States and embed themselves as they went about their deadly preparations.

In the years since that terrible day on that late summer morning, international terrorists sought to exploit those very same vulnerabilities.  While some were thwarted by brilliant work of American intelligence and law enforcement professionals as well as by fate, bad luck or their own ineptitude, other terrorists succeeded and many innocent people have been injured or killed.

Yet the open border / immigration anarchists demand that our government ignore the findings and recommendations of the 9/11 Commission and, indeed, commonsense.

This coming Monday FrontPage Magazine will publish my thoughts about the Trump administrations efforts to protect America and how his opponents are desperate to prevent him from acting in America's best intererst. Also on Monday I am also scheduled to be a guest on One America News Network's show, “The Daily Ledger” to discuss these issues.

On August 25th Californians for Population Stabilization (CAPS) posted my article: America Undermines Its National Security By Educating Its Adversaries. On August 31, 2017 the Justice Department announced, “U.S. Nuclear Engineer Sentenced to 24 Months in Prison for Violating the Atomic Energy Act.”  That U.S. nuclear engineer is Szuhsiung Ho, aka Allen Ho, 66, a naturalized U.S. citizen born in Taiwan who pleaded guilty to conspiring with others to engage or participate in the development or production of special nuclear material in China without the required authorization from the U.S. Government. Mr. Ho acquired his engineering degree in the United States.

On August 30th FrontPage Magazine published my article: FALSE CHOICE: ENDING DACA OR BUILDING THE BORDER WALL: President Trump doesn't have to choose. And he shouldn't. 

Today we will focus on how the education of foreign students undermines U.S. national security and the future of Americans and why President Trump must end DACA. The first word in the acronym "DACA" is Deferred- the Action that DACA deferred was having illegal aliens leave the U.S.

It is important that the entire immigration system be revamped to make certain that it truly meets the needs of America and Americans. 

For decades the immigration system did precisely what the open-borders immigration anarchists wanted- provide a virtually limitless supply of foreign workers, foreign students and foreign tourists to drive down wages to maximize the profits of the individuals, special interest groups and corporations while destroying the American Dream for Americans.

This has also left America vulnerable to international terrorists and transnational criminals.

Today we will focus on how the education of foreign students undermines U.S. national security and the future of Americans.  It is an issue seldom, if ever, discussed by the mainstream media.
