On March 22, 2017 yet another terror attack was carried out in Great Britain.  Once again ISIS is claiming responsibility for this deadly attack reportedly carried out by a citizen of the UK, while British authorities continue to carrie out raids and arrest additional suspects.  On March 23rd I participated in a discussion about this attack on Newsmax-TV.

The battle for control of our nation’s borders and the creation of an immigration system that meets the needs of American citizens and not the exploiters of cheap labor is underway by the Trump Administration and being resisted by the globalist Democratic Party and globalists within the Republican Party and within the judiciary.  This will be my focus this evening.

The battle for control of our nation’s borders and the creation of an immigration system that meets the needs of American citizens and not the exploiters of cheap labor is underway by the Trump Administration.  The Border Patrol has reported that there has been a 40% decline in the number of illegal aliens running the southern border of the United States.

This provides affirmation that, what I have come to refer to as “Deterrence through enforcement,” is an effective tactic.  

On March 10th FrontPage Magazine published my article, “KHAN JOB?- Khizr Khan claims his ‘travel privileges are being reviewed.’”  

On March 8th The Tennessee Star published a report that was based on a lengthy interview I participated in with their reporter, Wendy Wilson.  The article, “Former INS Agent Michael Cutler: Illegal Immigrants Should Be Fearful; People Demanding Enforcement Are Not Haters.” 

The contrast in how Wilson provided a clear and accurate account of my interview provides an important contrast with the way that the mainstream media was eager to report on Khizr Khan’s claims about not being able to leave the United States without first delving deeper into his allegations.

On February 27th FrontPage Magazine published my article, “ALIENS TRESPASSING: Sen. Schumer, his congressional cohorts, and leftist hypocrisy.” 

It is nothing short of astonishing that Senator Schumer has the chutzpah proposed federal legislation that would jail, for up to 5 years, anyone who would trespass on a national landmark or critical infrastructure while advocating for providing illegal aliens with lawful status and even a pathway to United States citizenship.

On March 2nd I participated in an Irish television program on the RTE Network, Prime Time. to discuss, “Undocumented Irish in US living in fear.”  So much for the false narrative about immigration and "Latino Voters."

Donald Trump continues shaken up politics by actually keeping his campaign promises and by not tolerating the deceitful games played by the mainstream media.

On February 20th FrontPage Magazine published my article, “TRUMP’S IMMIGRATION EXECUTIVE ORDERS AND THE CONSTITUTION.”

In that article I took a hard look at how President Trump’s immigration policies and executive orders and the Constitution.  I hope you will find my perspectives helpful.

While we still await his “New & Improved” executive orders to prevent the entry of aliens from terror-sponsoring countries and whose applications for visas cannot be vetted, we will consider what his policies will mean to immigration laws enforcement, especially where “Sanctuary Cities” are concerned.

Donald Trump has shaken up politics by keeping his campaign promises.

Pres. Trump has also announced that he would not seek to continue to push his previously issued executive order on immigration but would, rather, promulgate a new executive order, with  I expect, that able assistance of Attorney General Jeff Sessions.

The open borders immigration / anarchists attacked Trump's first executive order on immigration as being "Unconstitutional"- I would suggest that under the Constution, a failure to act would have been unconstitutional- under Section 4 of Article IV of the U.S. Constitution:

"The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence."

On Feb. 13th FrontPage Magazine published my article, “PROMISES TO KEEP: The ‘Law and Order’ president hits the ground running.” In that article I discussed three additional executive orders that the President has issued- I hope you will find my perspectives helpful including one that addresses measures to prevent terrorists from entering the United States by committing visa fraud and immigration fraud.

This past week, three judges on the Federal 9th Circuit Court of Appeals refused to overturn the injunction against the Trump Administration’s temporary exclusion of aliens from 7 countries that had been originally identified by the Obama Administration as being involved in terrorism.

Remarkably the media has identified those countries as being “Muslim Minority” while ignoring that the temporary travel restriction was based on the threats their citizens pose to U.S. national security.

I will share some of my thoughts about this case.

Immigration is still on center stage in the news.

Last week protestors took to the streets to protest President Trump’s executive orders on immigration to build a wall and significantly increase staffing levels at the Border Patrol and at ICE.

This week the protestors have focused on the President’s executive orders to temporary suspend the entry of aliens from countries where vetting those aliens is problematic.  The various “news” programs did nothing to dispel the lies and myths about the true nature of the executive orders.

Consequently, I wrote an article that was, on  February 1, 2017 published by FrontPage Magazine, “ALIENS GUARANTEED ENTRY INTO THE U.S.? - Trump’s executive order on immigration and the recommendations of the 9/11 Commission.”

This evening I will provide you with an insider’s perspective on the inspections process conducted by Customs and Border Protection Inspectors are our nation’s 325 ports of entry and put it all in proper context.

What a difference one week can make!  President Trump has gotten off to a flying start taking the reins of the presidency firmly in hand and demonstrating that he is a man of his word.

Nevertheless, protestors have taken to the streets to protest President Trump’s executive orders that will create a wall on the southern border, increase staffing at the Border Patrol by hiring 5,000 new agents and triple the number of agents at ICE through the hiring of an additional 10,000 agents- these and other measures being taken to "Make America Great Again"

On January 25, 2017 CAPS (Californians for Population Stabilization) posted my article, “TRUMP’S PLANNED WALL IS ESSENTIAL TO PROTECT AMERICA AND AMERICANS.” 

On January 24, 2017 FrontPage Magazine published my article, “TRUMP-HATING PROTESTORS, DECEIT AND WILLFUL BLINDNESS:  Unveiling the Left’s lies about immigration, drugs and terrorism.”

This evening I will share my thoughts about Trump's goals and the lunacy of the protestors.

You could say that today, January 20, 2017 marks the “End of an Error” and the beginning of true hope and change- for America and Americans!

We can expect that President Trump will keep his promises of securing our borders and enforcing our immigration laws.  Of course how he goes about creating an immigration system that has real integrity is not yet known.  

Additionally, he will have to deal with “Sanctuary Policies” on the state, city and local level, including on college campuses. The Winter 2017 edition of the quarterly publication “The Social Contract” includes my latest article, “The Problem with ‘Sanctuary Campuses’ - Universities con students into acting against their own best interests.”

On January 13th FrontPage Magazine posted my article, “IMMIGRATION FAILURES VS. AMERICANS: How law enforcement failures undermine our citizen’s civil rights.” The acrimonious rantings of members of the Democratic party about Trump’s agenda, especially his promises to enforce our immigration laws ignores what should be obvious, how open borders and failures of immigration law enforcement deprive Americans, especially members of the minority communities, real opportunities.
