    Happy Friday!
Since my last program, CAPS and FrontPage Magazine have each published an article I have written. On October 20th FrontPage Magazine published my article, “Immigration Law Enforcement: Why Bother?- The crucial issues at stake for American citizens.”
On October 22nd, Californians for Population Stabilization (CAPS) posted my commentary, “Administration Poised to Provide More Jobs for Aliens.”
My focus in both pieces is how the administration and how leaders of both parties are quick to promise to help beleaguered middle-class families by creating jobs, while simultaneously promising the providing still more aliens with lawful status and permission to legally work in the United States. However, the United States admits more authorized foreign workers than the number of new jobs that are created.
So many people complain about politicians who fail to keep their campaign promises. The facts I just noted make it obvious that the promises about creating more jobs to help struggling Americans workers and their families is a promise they will not keep- because it is a promise they cannot keep!
We will take a hard look at how the immigration crisis and the administration's immigration policies force us to ask the question, “Why bother?”

    Hi Gang:
    Happy Friday!
Since my program last week, FrontPage Magazine published my article, “Immigration and the Wage Race to the Bottom.” Tonight I will fill you in on just how deceptive all too many of our elected “representatives” have been on this issue.
The Democratic debate this past week focused quite a bit of attention on this issue- it is now time to turn on the fans and blow the smokescreen that they spewed away. For the record, with just a few exceptions, the Republicans are no better about this issue- it is only that they use different language in a concerted effort to pull off this outrageous swindle!
Also- on October 7, 2015 FrontPage Magazine published my article, “Syrian 'Refugees' and Immigration Roulette: How the government is recklessly playing with American lives.” Tonight you will find out how at least two U.S. Senators one a “Demoncrat” and the other a “Repugnantcan” want to change how the administration is proposing to deal with this threat to national security. If I didn't know better, I would think they are trying to garner the MVP Award from ISIS and al-Qaeda.
Please forward the link to the podcast of my program to as many folks as you can, I am attempting to create a “Bucket Brigade of Truth.”
Also- please make certain to get involved- “Democracy is not a spectator sport!”

    Happy Friday!
Immigration and the re-settlement of supposed Syrian refugees in the United States will be my focus this evening. Two weeks ago I was the keynote speaker at an event in Spartanburg, SC that focused on the plans of the administration to have Syrian refugees moved to that town. I also addressed the County Council on this issue.  Incredibly, the council has refused to address the concerns of the residents of Spartanburg.
Increasingly politicians at all levels refuse to truly represent their constituents.
Here are the links to some of my latest articles:
On October 7th FrontPage published, “Syrian 'Refugees' and Immigration Roulette: How the government is recklessly playing with American lives.”
On October 1st FrontPage published, “Concealing the Facts on Refugee Resettlement: A case study on how the media and duplicitous politicians hide the truth from the public.”
On September 30, 2015 CAPS (Californians for Population Stabilization) published, “Refugee Resettlement Program Raises Unsettling Issues.”
Meanwhile the administration has announced plans to release thousands of “non-violent” prisons convicted of drug-related crimes while the number of Sanctuary Cities has grown to more than 340.
Please get involved and make your voices heard by all of your elected representatives- Democracy is not a spectator sport!

    Happy Friday!
Having just returned from speaking before the County Council of Spartanburg, South Carolina on the issue of the refugees being resettled in that state, we will consider what the refugee resettlement program is likely to mean for not only South Carolina but for our entire nation and all of our citizens.
To be clear, my grandmother was killed in Poland during the Holocaust, however, while I am extremely sympathetic to the plight of refugees, I am determined to get our leaders to understand that our nation must exercise extreme caution in admitting refugees from the Middle East and elsewhere, if they cannot be effectively screened to prevent the entry of terrorists and criminals.
This concern was the focus of my September 15, 2015 FrontPage Magazine article: “The Refugee Crisis Must Not Undermine U.S. National Security- America's enemies must not be permitted to turn our compassion into a weapon to use against us.”
Finally, we will also consider my article for Californians for Population Stabilization (CAPS) that was published today (September 25, 2015): “Presidential Candidates Tap Dance Around the Need for Effective Enforcement of Immigration Laws.”
Now, more than ever, we must hold our politicians accountable.  Democracy is not a spectator sport!

    Happy Friday!
Today my focus will be on the refugee crisis that is sweeping across Europe and is impacting the United States as well. This crisis is beginning to look more like an invasion. Last year The Social Contract published my article, “Invasion America” in its Fall 2014. What I stated then has gained new relevance today.
On September 15, 2015 FrontPage Magazine posted my article, “The Refugee Crisis Must Not Undermine U.S. National Security~ America's enemies must not be permitted to turn our compassion into a weapon to use against us.”
On September 10, 2015 FrontPage Magazine published my article, “Educating Our Adversaries ~ Why educating foreign STEM students is bad for American workers and national security.” Even as American companies continue to fire American STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) professionals, our colleges continue to provide ever more foreign workers with degrees in those important fields. Our universities are training competitors for struggling American professionals and also providing adversarial countries with armies of high-tech workers who re enabling their military to gain a technological edge.

    Happy Friday!
This evening, Friday, September 11, 2015 my focus will be, as it should, on the fact that today is the 14th anniversary of the worst terror attack ever carried out on U.S. soil since the founding of our great nation.
We will consider what our government has done and has not done to prevent future terror attacks. We will start by considering the contents of my recent analysis for the Summer Edition of The Social Contract that I gave the title, “The 9/11 Commission Report and Immigration: An Assessment, Fourteen Years after the Attacks.”
The significance of this is made all the more pressing given the administration announced plans to admit tens of thousands of refugees from Syria as the power vacuum created by the administration's foreign policy decisions and draw down of our military are having in that part of the world that is now impacting the region, Israel and countries in Europe as well as the United States.
Also, there is some good news to report. On September 8, 2015 FrontPage Magazine published my article, “Arizona's Immigration Law Survives- A just and commonsense court decision.”
I worked with the law firm that Arizona Governor Jan Brewer retained to defend her, her state and the Arizona Immigration Law, SB 1070 against the lawsuit filed by the U.S. Department of Justice. A federal judge upheld the authority of police officers in Arizona from inquiring about the immigration status of suspected illegal aliens they encounter as a result of executing their lawful duties.

Today we will take a hard look at the presidential candidates and immigration. Donald Trump has forced this issue out into the open and not unlike the proverbial tube of toothpaste, there will be no way to get the toothpaste back into the tube and no way for the candidates to ignore the immigration crisis. It is, in fact, likely, that other political campaigns will now have to address the immigration crisis as well.
Here are some of my recent articles:
On September 3, 2015 FrontPage Magazine published my article, “Keeping Track of Visa Violators- The overlooked source of the nation's illegal immigration problems that people are finally talking about.”  Governor Christie suggested that Fed-Ex should be given the contract to track visa violators.  You may be surprised to know what has been tried in the past- what it cost and how it failed.
On September 3, 2015 Californians for Population Stabilization (CAPS) posted my article, “Controversy over Birthright Citizenship.” On September 1, 2015 they posted my commentary, “The Immigration Tipping Point.”
Please share these with as many folks as you can, I am trying to create a "Bucket Brigade of Truth!"

    Happy Friday!

Once again I will be focusing on the immigration crisis and the way that failures of border security are destroying our nation and our kids' lives.

On August 14, 2015 FrontPage Magazine published my commentary, “American Kids Pay Heavy Price for Obama's Border Failure:The source of the nation's heroin epidemic.” This article can be thought of as the sequel to my June 27, 2015 article for the CAPS (Californians for Population Stabilization) website, “Heroin Epidemic: The Real Metric for Determining Border Security.”

While the mainstream media has all but been “missing in action” where immigration has been concerned, to their credit, Brian Ross and Matthew Mosk of ABC News have conducted an important investigation into immigration fraud and how it undermines national security.
On August 12, 2015 ABC News posted the report, “Dozens of Fraud Investigations Target US Immigration Program for Rich Foreigners.”
Senator Chuck Grassley has been the force behind the Senate Judiciary Committee's investigation into this extremely dangerous and fraud-ridden program. You will likely be shocked to find out just how much damage this has done to U.S. national security and which countries are using this program.
I hope you will share this information with as many folks as you can to help my “Bucket Brigade of Truth!”

Immigration will be my focus for the show today and after watching the first of the televised Presidential debates yesterday, August 6th, it is clear that immigration is finally being recognized as being a significant issue for the politicians who are seeking the Presidency. However, even with this new focus, largely the result of some fiery statements by candidate Donald Trump, most of the focus was on illegal immigration and the US/Mexican border.

Even with this new interest in immigration, when a list of the major concerns Americans have is compiled, the economy, jobs and national security generally surpass immigration. In reality immigration is a primary factor in all of those concerns- if not the primary factor. I wrote about this in my August 4, 2015 FrontPage Magazine article, “Immigration and the Presidential Debates- The burning question on voters' minds.”

Governor Chris Christy really got into a spirited “one on one” with Senator Rand Paul about the Patriot Act and the NSA. Governor Christie invoked the issue of the terror attacks of September 11, 2001, yet he is an advocate for providing unknown millions of illegal aliens with lawful status and official identity documents. This would absolutely ignore the findings and recommendations of the 9/11 Commission. In point of fact, I wrote an extensive analysis of the nexus between immigration, national security and the findings of the 9/11 Commission in my article for The Social Contract's Summer 2015 edition, “The 9/11 Commission Report and Immigration: An Assessment, Fourteen Years after the Attacks.”

    Happy Friday!
My focus on this evening's show will be these three articles that have been published this past week:
The Summer 2015 edition of the quarterly journal, The Social Contract, just published my in-depth analysis of the nexus between immigration and national security and the threat of terrorism, “The 9/11 Commission Report and Immigration: An Assessment, Fourteen Years after the Attacks.”
On June 28, 2015 FrontPage Magazine published my article, “Illegal Aliens Are Not 'Law Abiding' - The vital importance of America's immigration and inspection laws.”
On June 27, 2015 CAPS (Californians for Population Stabilization) posted my article, “Heroin Epidemic: The Real Metric for Determining Border Security.”
We will also consider what Rick Perry had to say when he appeared on Fox & Friends this week and was asked about his position on “in-state tuition for illegal aliens.”
