Happy Friday!

On July 6, 2022 The Washington Times reported, DHS erases barrier to legal status for some illegal immigrants.  On the very same day, CBS News reported:  Tip from "hero citizen" thwarted July 4 mass shooting in Virginia's capital, police say.  Fox News reported:  Potential Richmond July 4 mass shooters charged as noncitizens in possession of firearm, police say- One of the suspects in thwarted Richmond mass shooting had previously been deported.

We will consider the nexus between these two reports and the implications of the DHS policy change.

It has never been more important that we truly learn how to speak with our fellow Americans in non-confrontational but in fact-based effective and persuasive ways.  Immigration is one issue that should unite all Americans!

The Supreme Court has issued rulings on Roe v. Wade and the Second Amendment, striking down New York State’s restrictive gun laws, while the Senate has passed newgun legislation purportedly to address numerous mass shootings and numerous gun-related crimes.

On June 21st FrontPage Magazine published my latest article:  Providing Former Taliban Associates with Visas and Asylum-The Biden administration continues its assault on U.S. national security.

Law abiding people will generally abide by the laws, whether they like them or not- criminals, however, ignore laws.  Without effective law enforcement criminals are encouraged to commit more crimes and hence injure and kill even more innocent victims. We need more criminalcontrol and control over our borders and immigration laws.

We must speak with our fellow Americans in non-confrontational but in fact-based effective and persuasive ways.  Immigration is one issue that should unite all Americans- if all of the facts were made known.

In the wake of mass shootings politicians around the United States, particularly Democrats,, have called for new and more restrictive gun laws.  What is ignored however, is that anti-police policies have encouraged more violent crimes that use guns and other means to harm and kill people.

Law-abiding people will generally abide by the laws, whether they like them or not- criminals, however, ignore laws.  Without effective law enforcement criminals are encouraged to commit more crimes and hence injure and kill even more innocent victims.

The bottom line- We need more criminalcontrol and control over our borders and immigration laws.

Dead is dead- yet, as I noted in a recent article, Sanctuary Cities Now Provide Sanctuary For Deadly Illegal Drugs- The Health Dept. shows how to use them “safely”.

Record numbers of illegal aliens easily flow into the United States and among them are criminals and terrorists.- endangering public safety and national security.

We will also consider the June 8, 2022 Associated Press article: San Francisco ousts liberal DA Chesa Boudin in heated recall.

Violent crimes have surged across America, particularly in cities controlled by the Radical Left.  While there have been calls for gun control however, we need to gain control over criminals and that begins with effective law enforcement.

Last week I discussed my recent article, Title 42 and Chaos on the Border:

A federal judge blocked the Biden administration from going forward with its plan to terminate title 42 even though the COVID pandemic continues.  Indeed, you may be surprised to know that it has been reported, that:  FLETC shutdown, rising cases show pandemic isn't over.  (FLETC  is the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center.

But first we will consider the horrific mass murder of 19 children and two teachers at a public school in Uvalde, Texas by an 18 year old.  This incompehensibel attack has, not surpsingly, been seized by politicians to advance their agendss- let's consider what is not being didcussed and what ations should be taken to leanrs from ever so many similar incidents.

Title 42 and Chaos on the Border: Mayorkas is not America’s guardian but its innkeeper.

The termination of Title 42 is just days away- unless the Biden Administration changes its plans or a court prevents this from happening.

Tonight we will consider what the impact will be for America and Americans especially where national security, public sadfety and public health are concerned.

The lunacy continues!  The administration is creating a division within the DHS to supposedly address mis-information and DHS Secretary Mayorkas, in his testimony before congressional hearings is, unfortunately, living up to his reputation and leaving our borders wide open while all but disbanding immigration law enforcement.

Meanwhile, last week we considered the NBC report: Former president of Honduras extradited to U.S. on drug trafficking charges- I wrote about this case for U.S. Incorporated and on April 25 they published my article: U.S. Extradites Former Honduran President for Drug Smuggling While Borders Are Wide Open

Incredibly, on April 28, 2022 NBC reported:  Premier of British Virgin Islands arrested in Miami on drug trafficking charges

Last week I talked about my April 7, 2022 FrontPage Magazine article:  Yale Law School Recruits and Trains Social Justice Warriors-  Mission: wage lawfare to effect change across every sector of society.

Today we will consider how this effort to cultivate an army of “social warriors” is permeating America and why and how we must push back if our nation is to survive.

This past week I have participated in several TV interviews about Biden’s plan to end Title 42- we will examine this lunacy today.

Finally, easier today NBC reported: Former president of Honduras extradited to U.S. on drug trafficking charges- we will consider the implications and the hypocrcy as the Biden administration undermines border security.
