This week, we're saying the quiet part out loud, what does it really mean to be a professional fingerboarder? We break down the pathway to pro status, pulling from the skateboarding world’s blueprint and comparing it to the fast-evolving landscape of fingerboarding today. From flow teams to sponsorships, from brand accountability to royalty deals, this episode tackles the uncomfortable truths the industry doesn’t like to talk about.

We also celebrate a major milestone: Plies Magazine is now available in German, a huge step toward making fingerboarding culture more accessible worldwide.

If you’ve ever dreamed of going pro, building a team, or just want to understand what real professional fingerboarding could look like, this is the episode you need to hear.

This week’s episode of the USAFBL Fingerboard Podcast might just be the most important one we’ve ever recorded, no cap. We’re talking tariffs. Yep, that “boring” word that’s about to shake the entire fingerboard world. We break down how global politics, rising import taxes, and supply chain chaos could jack up prices, cut off materials, and flip the DIY fingerboard scene upside down. Deckmakers, wheel builders, truck suppliers, no one’s safe!

But it’s not all heavy, there’s plenty of fire too. We’ve got big updates on King of the Plies (the countdown is ON), the race for Plies Magazine’s Fingerboarder of the Year, and the brand-new @Pliesmag x @fidgetydigitsfb403  drop that’s already going crazy.

It’s raw. It’s real. It’s unexpectedly entertaining. Tap in, turn up the volume, and get ready to learn what’s coming next for fingerboarding, before it hits.

If you’re feeling it, like, follow, and share the show! Let’s grow this thing together.
