In this episode of The Bigspin Fingerboard Podcast, I sit down with Nick Yost, based out of Upstate New York and the person behind Run It Back, a secondhand marketplace for fingerboard products!

Run It Back has a unique approach to the fingerboard market. Nick buys used fingerboard products in bulk, sorts through everything, checks the quality, and gives products a second life by reselling them to people looking for affordable gear.

I dig into Nick’s background in skateboarding and fingerboarding, how Run It Back came together, and what it’s like building a business around secondhand fingerboard products. We also talk about his plans to travel and connect with more people in the scene!

With reselling carrying a pretty negative reputation these days, especially with the rise of people buying up everything from Pokémon cards to collectibles just to flip them for profit, we also get into the stigma surrounding resellers and how Nick approaches that perception with Run It Back!

In this episode of The Bigspin Fingerboard Podcast, I sit down with Deiondre Moses-Spencer, the owner of Dread Tuning, a Pacific Northwest-based brand that’s quickly becoming a favorite in the fingerboard community for its high-quality bushings and tuning products.

Deiondre has been involved in fingerboarding for years, but his journey hasn’t been a straight line. We talk about getting into the hobby, stepping away and coming back multiple times, starting different brands along the way, and the lessons he’s learned from each experience.

Dread Tuning officially started in December 2025, making this a really interesting look at someone who is still early in building a brand while already having a long history with fingerboarding. It’s been nearly two years since Christian from Kalye first sat down with me for one of he very first episoes on the pod, and a lot has changed since then!
