USC defensive coordinator Alex Grinch and inside linebackers coach Brian Odom  join Keely Eure for the fifth episode of the Victory Podcast. In this episode, Grinch discusses why he considers the 2021 season as a failure, shares how his scheme has evolved over his 20 years in the business, and his expectations for this 2022 USC team.
