In this episode I sit down with with Anna Rodney, owner of Chicago Family Doulas, a thriving doula agency in Chicago, creator of Birth and Baby University and also a fellow member of the CAPPA faculty, to talk about how our doula agencies are the true back bone of our businesses.

Anna and I talk about the importance of using the time and financial freedom our agencies afford us to step back, plan growth and ultimately achieve any goals we set.  In this specific chat were focus on digital courses.

Digital courses have been a game changer for sure, not only to our business growth, but to our clients as well.  With these self paced courses we can educate a much broader audience, which is a dream come true.  Anna went one step further and took the course that she created and made it a template so other educators can easily use it for their own businesses.  So now educators can easily get out there and teach, creating increased revenue for themselves and also getting the important information to their perinatal community.  Win Win!
