When staring over a 20 meter high dive – there is no doubt that Katy feels a bit of fear - but the fear is familiar – it’s a fear she felt on her very first spring board dive and it’s the fear that she has fought to get to where she is today. Many parts of Katy’s journey have required quite a bit of courage: the courage to imagine new moves and diligently work towards manifesting those moves; the courage to take an unconventional route - to literally dive.
