That's right, they became a practice manager and are wondering if they shouldn't go back on the floor because they feel like all they do is put out fires and chase their tail trying to keep up with things. They haven't been able to do any of the big things they dreamed about changing and setting up when they took the job and the worst part for them is that they feel like their fellow technicians are getting frustrated and angry with them for not being able to implement change.
