Esse é o primeiro evento internacional sobre o assunto e o Brasil foi maravilhosamente representado por uma pessoa que além de profissional, é muito querida na comunidade: Bruno Rodrigues.Não vamos dar nenhum spoiler sobre o que conversamos, o que é a gente que mesmo é o seu PLAY… estamos com saudades! ❤

Ao nos depararmos com uma documentação nova, porém legada, é comum pensarmos o clichê: a partir de agora, TUDO pode acontecer... Aqui no UXCOPY, queremos trazer assuntos que vão além dos conceitos e metodologias. Por isso, trouxemos uma consultora em interfaces conversacionais para entendermos como domar esse bichão quando ele aparece e, o mais importante, como atuar em situações como esta para que os UX Writers da equipe e seus parças de outras áreas se sintam à vontade com o documento nosso de cada dia.
As comunidades de profissionais foram criadas e fomentadas para que as pessoas possam se reunir de forma aberta, segura e interativa, assim, podemos aprender uns com os outros e nos conhecer. Porém, esses são os frutos de espaços maduros, é necessário que se faça o plantio antes. Para conhecer os primórdios da comunidade UX Writers Brasil, conversamos com eles que estão lá desde seu início.
Acessibilidade e design inclusivo… Se engana quem considera que o tema se resume ao famoso #pracegover. Esse episódio está cheio de referências e provas de como é importante atuarmos de forma consciente e atenta nos projetos para garantir que todo, sem exceção, consigam usufruir do conteúdo dos produtos e serviços.
O time de produto, é o principal responsável por dar vida aos desejáveis dos usuários, bem como das empresas.
Geralmente, são compostos pela trinca Design, UX e Tech e, se você está estudando ou começando como UX Writer, é nesse time, que muito provavelmente, você vai trabalhar.
De chegada é tudo bem confuso, já que eles possuem uma dinâmica própria, com estratégias, nomenclaturas e posições que podem soar um tanto quanto estranhas pra quem vem de outros contextos como jornalismo, publicidade e afins.
Você vai atuar ao lado de Product Owners, Product Managers, Product Designers, Tech Leaders, Uxers, UXs Research; e a rotina de trabalho vai estar recheada de termos como Planning, Discovery, Sprint, Kanban, Roadmap, backlog…
Ufa!
É por isso que nesse episódio, convidamos Allan Kirsten, Head de Design e com o Raphael Galassi, Product Owner, ambos na Beetech, pra contar pra gente, num papo bem descontraído, como tudo funciona por lá, e principalmente onde o UX Writing, se encaixa em tudo isso.

Neste segundo episódio conversamos com Bruno Rodrigues. Um dos precursores de UX Writing no Brasil, alguém que acompanha a evolução desta área desde o início da web, quando ainda era “tudo mato”.
Bruno, que também é professor, palestrante autor de livros e está concluindo um mestrado em Criação e Produção de Conteúdos Digitais pela Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), ainda debate conceitos e diferenças teóricas e práticas entre Microcopy, Copywriting e UX Writing.
