Help. Send a helicopter. We are stuck in a city that doesn't handle snow well at all. We have no choice to be at work but we can't physically get home. We are being torn with guilt between home and work and not getting to find our balance.

This short episode is a discussion of how we need to take time out for ourselves to recharge and reset. We all need a break from parenting and mom guilt usually prevents us from focusing on US. What do you do to recharge? Don't forget who you were before you were a parent.
