Welcome to our first podcast!! We are excited to share updates, incites and recommendations with our clients and listeners. This episode we introduce ourselves, explain what Valemee is, and share our goals for this podcast. Some of our clients still know the gym as Ufit, but it is now and will stay Valemee. Admittedly, the name Valemee has confused some of our clients. It is a combination of the words "Value" and "Me", with our motto being "Value Me, Empower Me". This week we clarify the name, share what it means to us and ask clients to the same.
