Feliz día amigos de Hive Blog, un brazo gigante a la comunidad de full deportes… Hoy les estaré enseñando algunos ejercicios muy buenos y que pueden ser parte de tu rutina de entrenamiento.
Recuerden el importante calentamiento antes de comenzar, en esta oportunidad he realizado para el calentamiento 5 sencillos movimientos:
Ahora bien, luego de haber terminado con el calentamiento llega la parte más emocionante: el circuito de entrenamiento
Un circuito de entrenamiento consta de diversos ejercicios que se adaptan y buscan la mejoría de tu cuerpo, capacidad para realizar movimientos y dinamismo entre ellos.
Para ello, he utilizado 2 pesas caseras (cada una pesa alrededor de 5KG) como pueden observar en el video son de cemento. He utilizado también 2 conos pero si en su caso no los tiene no se preocupe puede marcar el intervalo de distancia con algo más sencillo como por ejemplo con una piedra que su tamaño sea visible. Y bueno sobretodo utilice todo mi esfuerzo entusiasmo y potencial para hacer de este video un contenido que sea de su agrado y que os guste tanto como a mí.
El intervalo de distancia puede ser de 1 metro a la derecha y 1 metro hacia la izquierda, con eso será suficiente para crear un ambiente dinámico a este movimiento.
Que genial todos los ejercicios y lo mejor, que favorecen nuestra condición física si los hacemos con regularidad y con precaución.

Circuit Training with exercises ideal for our body
Happy day friends of Hive Blog, a giant arm to the full sports community… Today I will be teaching you some very good exercises that can be part of your training routine.
Remember the important warm-up before starting, this time I have done 5 simple movements for the warm-up:
Now, after having finished with the warm-up comes the most exciting part: the training circuit.
A training circuit consists of various exercises that are adapted and seek to improve your body, ability to perform movements and dynamism among them.
For this, I have used 2 homemade weights (each one weighs around 5KG) as you can see in the video they are made of cement. I have also used 2 cones, but if you don't have them, don't worry, you can mark the distance interval with something simpler, such as a stone whose size is visible. And well, above all, use all my effort, enthusiasm and potential to make this video content that you like and that you like as much as I do.
The distance interval can be 1 meter to the right and 1 meter to the left, that will be enough to create a dynamic environment for this movement.
How great all the exercises and the best, that favor our physical condition if we do them regularly and with caution.
