One reason we are so anxious about what we do not have is that we are NOT thankful enough about what we already possess. Worship opens the door for God; worry opens the door for the enemy. We will not walk in victory if we don't become worshipers.

Are You a Faultfinder or a Faithfinder

Spiritual growth is not automatic. Are you drifting or advancing? Goodness is the first characteristic that believers need to add to their faith.

Noise has significance. Psalm 100 commands, "Make a joyful noise unto the Lord!" Is my noise pleasing? Energizing? Coherent? A shout of triumph or or a battle cry? My joyful noise: (1) Honors God's Victory; (2) Refreshes Other People; (3) Silences the Enemy. Release a joyful noise instead of passively enduring the onslaught of the enemy.

What do you need to be highly effective and productive in life? Peter challenges believers to make effort to add seven important character components. The issue today is not your past, but your future. Will you let Peter's list define the person you want to become?

God Is With Us and Hears Us

The provision we need is contained in the very great and precious promises that God has given us through His own glory and goodness. We are changed by God's promises, so possess God's promises by faith, prove God's promises by obedience, and invite God's promises by prayer.
