I AM with you. Coupled with the Great Commission to "Make Disiples" (Matthew 28:19) is Jesus' promise, "Surely I am with you always!" (Matthew 28:20)

Peer Pressure

We often think discipleship is only about methods and information. Information and doctrine are important, but you need to HEAR God to really be a disciple.

Encouragement and wisdom to keep the fire burning in your life.

God lit the fire in the tabernacle, in the temple, and in the upper room. God's people are to keep the fire burning."Do not put out the Spirit's fire!" (1 Thessalonians 5:19)

COMMON FAITH:

1. Has mental assent of belief. (James 2:19)

2. Talks but doesn’t walk. (James 1:22)

3. Makes God’s Word of no effect.

Mark 7:13 “nullify the word of God by your tradition”

UNCOMMON FAITH:

1. Hears and believes God’s Word.

2 Peter 1:3-4

2. Obeys God’s Word with corresponding action.

Joshua 14:6-12; 2 Corinthians 4:13

3. Receives the blessings and benefits God promises.

Uncommon Rewards

We are to live uncommon lives in a common world. We are uncommon people with uncommon persistence living uncommon lives because we serve an uncommon God. Circumstances shouldn’t dominate our lives but circumstances can reveal us as DOERS of the WORD.
