In this message we get to see how Jesus has this amazing ability to look beyond someone's behavior because He sees just how significant their future can be with Him. The process begins as he calls us into forgiveness. As we follow Him, He calls us into purpose. Finally, He calls us into greatness. We see this modeled in the life of a tax collector named Matthew who went from stealing from his own people, to following Jesus, then throwing a party to reach his friends, and then eventually writing the very Gospel of Matthew! In this message we get a close look at what good friends do. They will do anything it takes to get their friends to Jesus. They didn't stop at obstacles because they knew that if they could only get their friend close to Jesus, that Jesus would do the rest. Jesus saw their faith & honored their faith. Did you know that Jesus honors and rewards the faith of friends. Sometimes we can be personally lacking in faith. When that happens we better have some true friends around so we can benefit from their faith. Sometimes we need to have faith for others until they are ready to start having some faith for themselves! Listen along and discover more. www.ValleyMetroChurch.com

First thing to do is run to Jesus with your problem. Second, know that you are in the boat with the one who calms storms. Remember, the wind and the waves still obey Him! The crowd is a great place to hear about Jesus, learn from Him and discover who He really is. Then we have to make a decision, will we remain a fan or become a follower? Listen along and discover the epic journey of a Christ follower.

In this message we get a close look at Jesus' authority to heal. We also get to see that His healing was in response to those who understood that He had authority over sickness . Also, the ones who got in on healing discovered that Jesus rewarded their faith. In fact, Matthew 8 shows us that Jesus was actually "astonished" with a Centurion's faith and Jesus told him that his miracle would come, "just as he believed it would". Listen along and discover that healing is a matter of authority and that mega-faith amazes Jesus!

In this message we looked at how to build an unshakeable life. Jesus tells us how! It seems that every day, we have the choice of building our lives on what Jesus refers to as "sand", or on a solid rock. "Sand" is anything we want such as opinions, philosophies or feelings. The "Rock" is the words of God as found in the bible. People often start building their lives without even checking to know what God says about matters. As a result, their foundation in life eventually slips and cracks. Building your life on God's Word is a sure way to remain unshakable through all of life's storms, including the final one. Whatever area of your life is slipping and shaking, its time to clear out the sand and build on the rock. It's time to become unshakable! Listen along and discover more! www.ValleyMetroChurch.com

In this message our guest Steven Uggen of Love LA compels us to look at all of the amazing opportunities around us. God has strategically placed us next to people that He loves. Many of these people are open and ready to step into relationship with God, but believers often overlook these potential God moments all around us. We should be asking people everywhere if they have had an encounter with the Living God. If they haven't, let them know just how loved they are and share the gospel. True disciples are willing to be sent out into the harvest field. Listen along and discover how to get passionate for people who need Jesus!

In Matthew 7 Jesus teaches us about a road less travelled. It is a narrow road that leads to an amazing future but it seems most people choose to take the wide road often ignoring their destination in favor of convenience and popularity. To get on the better road, we need to go through the Jesus-Gate. No other gate has access to this amazing road to life. Some like the idea of Jesus as the gate but they don't follow through literally go down the road of life with Jesus. The fruit we bear reveals the road we travel. It’s not knowing ABOUT Jesus... it's about KNOWING & Serving Jesus as the LORD. This is what makes all the difference and separates all travelers. So choose the road less travelled!
