At Roar, much of our work is based on projects that help businesses reframe or support brand strategy and identity. Every time we encounter a new client we have a standard protocol of questions to pricing a project. This episode isn't about pricing... it's actually about how many of our clients struggle to place a value on their return of investment. How much does a logo cost? What do you charge for a name of a new product or software? In our process inspired by Chris Do and Blair Enns, we answer these questions with a question of our own: "What value do you expect this asset to generate for you?"

Because as important it is from the creative perspective to charging a fair price, it's equally important to understand as a business how the asset will impact its revenue, awareness, or efficiencies.
