成敗也開始跟我有關。

今天早上，我甚至不想出門。
想把自己關起來。
但我還是走出去了。

走去熟悉的便當店，
點幾樣平常會吃的菜，
坐下來，好好把這頓飯吃完。

然後心裡冒出一句話——
即使在不堪的時候，
也值得好好吃一頓飯。

而不是，

只有在心情好的時候，

才願意好好活著。

而是從裡面長出來。
