Today's Topics: The military might be implementing a Keto Diet for it's service members after a new proposal has been submitted. Colin Kaepernick disagreed with a NIKE special edition 4th of July design that contained a Betsy Ross version of an American flag, so they pulled them off the market. AOC visited a Texas detention center on the border and found the conditions atrocious; she says border patrol told some women they could drink from toilet water if they were thirsty.
