The month of May is a Mental Health Awareness Month and with this let's share some positivity and love by listening to the experiences and instances, deep diving in to knowing yourself and your body that we often forget to ask what it needs and never say thank you for always being there with us. Today's topic begins with S. So, relax, close your eyes and listen to this podcast. You can write to me/share your experiences at [email protected]

Let's go on a walk and hit the empty streets, purple sky. Let's talk under the stars, tell your story, I'm listening, the stars are listening. Don't feel alone, I'm here talking to you, we'll get through this soon. Join me on a quarantine night. Let's talk.

November series: Listen to what your eyes and lips talk with each other when you introspect

Experience the magic of rejection and explore the different you

Feel the moment, enjoy the journey of being patient to achieve your goal

Don't underestimate your strengths and make time for yourself to see that hidden spark in you

At times we are put down by people who don't deserve us, who have been with us for a brief stint and much to our surprise they have a different face. In simple term, being fake. I named it as 'Mask'. Take a listen if you have ever met people with masks on them.

I know it is difficult when someone leaves you and accepting it is difficult. You have to be strong. Don't blame anyone for your sadness. Cherish the memories. Never give up for seeking happiness and comfort. Talk to your friends, family. Be around with people, make peace with your mind, look at the blue sky, it helps you de-stress (it does help me). Don't hate anyone as you were always taught to love others. Take care :) Be happy :)
