Waters are the currents of power of light and strength from the higher planes flowing towards the earth. Rain water and the river currents are only physical aspects fo these subtel powers. These currents fill with the sap of their delight the subtel bodies of rishis and also the consciousness of the persons who are receptive. These currents have power to take away physical and psychological diseases. They have the power to remove evil also, a power which is not possessed by the ordinary water. Only the power of grace can take away evil .These currents enable the rishi to have the subtle vision of the spiritual Sun.

It is not possible for any one to have the vision of the Supreme till the bodies, physical an subtle are ready. A body which is not prepared by the practise  of tapas will breakdown at the onset of certain spiritual experience. Hence the rishi prays to the currents of power to strengthen all our bodies so that these subtle bodies can sustain the forces which enter the body. Then we could have the vision of the Supreme Divine.

The motherly waters go on the ordained paths,

to those desiring the Yajna and so do he sisters,They mix the honey of delight with the milk of knowledge. The streams of consciousness force or Divine Energies coming from Heaven are called apah, the divine Waters. since they are both nourishing and purifying, they are called mothers, amba. Since they come from the same source or womb, they are called sisters. They flow towards the scrificer enveloping him/heer with both Delight and knowledge.

The waters that are near the Sun,or together with the sun, may they increase our Yajna. The Waters coming from the luminous world svar. These energies strengthen the yajna happening in our subtle body.

I call the Waters and Goddesses, in whom our knowledge is nourished. From the streams of energies the offering is to be made. The offering that is made by us is really given to us by these divine energies.

Immortality is in the middle of Waters; the healing powers are in the Waters, which are admirable. Let the horses and Ray-cows become full of plenitude.

Waters, the streams of consciousness, have automatically the powers of relieving the distress due to disease or other affliction, both physical or otherwise. Some persons believe that earthly waters also have these curative properties.

WE know the much nourishing Parjanya who is the fater of shara. We know well the earth of many forms, who is its mother.

O Earth, make us have all around humility and gratitude. Make our bodies like stone. Becoming strong may we drive away the feeling of hate. and the non-givers who have stolen our valuables.

Like the cows walking near a tree, embracing their attractive and decorated calves separate from us the harm, O Indra

Just as the darkness between the earth and heaven is rmoved by the pwer of light. May Munja grass reduce the pain caused by disease and bleeding

May The Power of speech establish within me thrice seven powers along with their strengths and the associated bodies. They are omnipresent in multiple forms

May the power of speech arise from the cosmic mind. O lord of dwellings, rejoice in me

The inspired knowledge obtained by me, may it stay with me.

Just like the rope which connects the two ends of a bow, may the powers in me be connected o stretched. May Vachaspati bring in the plentitiude.

May my inspired knowledge be within me.
