The first yuga is Satayuga-filled with dharma. We are currently in the dark age of Kali according to Vedic literature, which is evident by the erosion of dharma, righteousness, and daily disturbances in our lives. 

How can we overcome this? How do the ancient Vedic texts like Srimad Bhagavatam written by Sage Veda Vyasa advice us to do in this age of Kali-how do we stay above the muck. How do we go high, when they go low?
