  • Your Voice Your Story

Hey Beautiful Souls, I’m Veena Murthy - Entrepreneur, Life Coach and Podcaster ✨
For over 20 years, I built something tangible. A beauty care venture that helped hundreds feel confident. But deep inside, something didn’t feel complete. I was busy helping the world while barely listening to my own heart. Until one day, I stopped and began the journey inward.

I realised life isn’t just about success. It’s about meaning, healing, quiet strength, clarity and true connection. That’s why I stepped into coaching. Not to fix you, but to hold the space where your untold stories of resilience, love, pain and transformation can finally breathe.
I don’t tell you what to do. I walk beside you as you discover your own answers, your own courage, your own voice. Because real transformation doesn’t come from advice. It comes from you meeting yourself, deeply and honestly.

If you’re navigating change, craving clarity, or feeling stuck between who you were and who you’re becoming, you’re exactly where you need to be 🤍
    Welcome. I’m glad you’re here 🌿

  • Grief changes us.

    Grief changes us.

It slows us down, softens our edges, and asks us to sit with feelings we’d rather outrun.

But in its quiet way, grief also invites grace the kind that whispers, You’re allowed to heal at your own pace.

  • Connections in relationships are built not just through words, but through presence, trust, and the courage to be truly seen.

The Power of Connection in Relationships

At the core of every meaningful relationship—whether it’s romantic, familial, or a deep friendship—lies one powerful, often invisible thread: connection.

Connection isn’t just about spending time together or sharing common interests. It’s about feeling truly seen, heard, and valued. It’s about knowing that your emotions matter to someone, that your presence makes a difference, and that you're not alone in your thoughts, fears, or dreams.

Without connection, even love struggles to breathe.

Two people can live under the same roof, share meals, raise children, and still feel miles apart. Why? Because connection isn't about physical closeness—it’s about emotional intimacy. When that connection weakens, misunderstandings grow, resentment builds, and communication becomes surface-level or strained.

But when connection is strong, even silence feels comforting.

In a connected relationship, you don't need to always say the right words—your presence says enough. A glance, a touch, a pause… they all carry meaning. There’s a deep sense of safety, where vulnerability is not just accepted but embraced. You can show up as your messy, imperfect self, and still feel worthy of love.

Connection also becomes the anchor during storms. Life will bring stress, grief, change, and uncertainty. Relationships that survive these storms aren't the ones without conflict—they’re the ones where connection remains intact despite it. Because in those moments, connection reminds you: We’re in this together.

But like any living thing, connection needs nurturing.

It’s built in the quiet moments—listening without interrupting, asking how someone’s really feeling, remembering what matters to them, laughing together, crying together, or simply being fully present when it’s easier to scroll on a phone.

So many relationships falter, not because love disappears, but because connection fades without attention. We assume the bond is strong enough to withstand distance, neglect, or distraction. But the truth is, connection isn’t a one-time event. It’s a daily choice.

It’s the tiny gestures repeated over time—checking in, making space, showing appreciation, being curious instead of critical. It’s pausing when you want to react. It’s being willing to see things from their side. And sometimes, it’s having the courage to say, “I miss us. Can we talk?”

Because ultimately, connection is what gives a relationship its soul.

Love may start a relationship, but connection keeps it alive.

So if you're in a relationship right now—romantic or otherwise—pause and ask yourself: Do we feel connected? Do we feel safe to be real? Are we still meeting each other halfway, with open hearts and listening ears?

If not, it’s never too late. Reconnection is always possible when both hearts are willing.

Because in the end, relationships aren't built on grand moments.
They're built on daily choices to stay close—emotionally, spiritually, and humanly.
