Saying no will set you free!
-doing favors when you know your schedule is already crazy
-agreeing to work later even tho you have been on empty since 4pm
-going to brunch when you know you need to meal prep for your week
-agreeing to go to lunch with your co-workers when you brought your own food
-staying up late to watch tv, when your goal is to wake up early
opportunities for growth,
getting out of your comfort zone,
talking to people who are growth focused,
yes to self care- it doesn't always have to be grind. Saying no allows you to have more time to say yes to self care and mental health,
