Vegans (non meat eaters) are passionate about their mission to have all humans follow their animal-free diet. They speak of love and equality for all of God's creatures and fiercely defend their position with those who don't subscribe to their beliefs. Recently, one made a comment that she wished an alien would land on Earth and impose on humans the same cruelty humans inflict on animals. In this way, they would be forced to learn to be more compassionate. I felt compelled to respond.
