I'm so excited to have Bri (a fellow New Yorker) on the podcast this Wednesday. We talk about her personal vegan journey, the frugality of simple living, and her experience with veganism in Cuba. Bri empathetically shares how it feels to not get support from your family as a vegan and how she dealt with that. She also shares her tips and tricks on how to get yourself into online vegan activism.

In the fifth episode of my podcast I invited Adelaide to come have a chat about veganism. Adelaide is a vegan actor from LA, who has a vegan Instagram page that mostly focuses on vegan junk food, or as I would put it COMFORT FOOD. Adelaide shares a relaxed approach to veganism and I really admire how she opens up about being surrounded by non-vegans. This conversation was a lot of fun, and I think it is easy to hear how well me and Adelaide got along - this really felt like a conversation with a vegan friend. ENJOY.
On this Wednesday I'm sharing my chat with Sarah from @veganstrahberry. Sarah is the first American on the show and I have been following her forever! She is super authentic, very beautiful, and shares the most tasty looking foods on her page. Sarah is telling me about being vegan in Idaho, the deal with all the vegan beauty products out there, and how it is raising a vegan kid. Vegan kids is one of my favourite topics to talk about and I was so curious to hear Sarah's thoughts and experiences.

In this episode I talk to Josefine (name-twins ftw!) from Ontario, Canada. On her page (put her handle here) she showcases incredible comfort food with a focus on lesser-known vegan recipes (i.e. not just salads, smoothies, and oatmeal). In this episode she inspires me to dive into animal right’s activism with an unabashed sense of pride as well as sharing some of her favorite vegan tips and tricks. This episode has an especially uplifting vibe- hope you enjoy!
