Venice Uground

Every Wednesday after comedy, burlesque takes over the Townhouse! Today, Lulu Mon Dieu, creator and produer of the Bootleg Bombshells, reunites with the VenUground boys! We talk about what a great pairing our two shows are. Lulu explains how it took her a few shows in Venice to realize that Venice crowds want more than just dancing, so she developed what is arguably one of the most interesting shows in town. Sure the dancers are beautiful and sexy, but they explore social and political and other issues too. Much like this conversation.

Venice Underground Comedy also owes its success to the town of Venice Beach -- Venice supports Venice, locals support locals. This town embraced Bron & Matt's vision. They embrace this town.

The podcast will also feature Venice stories and news. They want it to be a place where Venice locals visit. To live in Venice is to love Venice. And we hope to add to the local love.
