I love this episode.  Accomplished comedian, writer, and producer, Liam McEneaney, joins us to talk about comedy, life, and his career.  Liam has worked with so many of the greats like Greg Giraldo, Hannibal Burress, Lewis Black, Jim Gaffigan, Robert Smigel, Triumph the Insult Comic Dog, and more.  It was great to sit down with Liam and talk about everything from comedy to Hitler.  We also discuss the greatness of Patrice O'neal and the process of accidentally stealing jokes.

Make sure to check out Liam at the Cabana Grill in Little Ferry, New Jersey on December 12th!

Somehow, we keep finding remarkable people to talk to.  Dave Ippolito, singer, songwriter, and playwright, joins us to discuss his fascinating life.  Hear Dave tell his story about how he overcame addiction and soon became "That Guitar Man from Central Park."  Dave is honest, open, funny, and surely unique.  He even played us a few original tunes!  Take a listen!

For your Black Friday listening pleasure, listen to our latest cast with the man, the myth, the legend himself...Captain Bayonne!  Captain Bayonne is a "superhero" who runs the streets of Bayonne and promotes healthy lifestyles, cleaning up the community, and fighting crime.  Here his origin story that suddenly gets interrupted by his well known arch nemesis, The Jersey City Joker.  We also talk about my trip to the emergency room after being attacked by a viscous feline.

This was a ton of fun!

Verbal Shenanigans is back doing live on location at Parsippany High School for some exciting wrestling from UPWA.  We had a blast and got a real insight into the independent wrestling business.  We were able to interview several wrestlers including our good friend Big Irish Pete Nixon, Papa Stro, Mike Orlando, Miss New York aka Anna Theresa, Justin Parker, and Tommy Spencer.  We also spoke to the legendary Earl Hebner! Listen to us awfully call Pete Nixon's match and finally we wrap up with the promoter of UPWA, Don Brower.  We had a blast!

This was a really fun episode.  First, we talk about childhood nostalgia such as pogs, garbagepail kids, big wheels, and dogs roaming the suburbs.  Then, Robbie Rist joins us and he was absolutely fascinating.   Robbie is an actor who has been involved in so many projects that are part of American pop culture.  Robbie was Cousin Oliver on the Brady Bunch, the voice of Michelangelo, the Ninja Turtle, and is now the voice Stuff the Dragon on Disney's Doc McStuffins.  Take one look at Robbie's IMDB profile and you'll be amazed at just how much he has been involved with.  He was extremely energetic and entertaining.

Well, we may have reached a whole new level of stupidity on this one.  We sat down late at night to record a Halloween themed episode.  We discuss old Halloween stories, crying over a  copied Ninja Turtle ghost, someone putting their leg in a washing machine, and a hilarious story about Burlew in a toothbrush costume.  We also have a mysterious call from a talking pumpkin with awful jokes know as the "Hack-o-lantern".

These podcasts are all like my children.  And just like most parents, you tend to love some children better than others.  For instance, I happen to love this episode a whole lot more than episodes featuring only Michael Burlew.  First, Richard Nunn of WULFNATION joins us for a few to discuss his new brand.  Then. LGBT director, AJ Matiioli, gives us a fascinating interview about his transgendered life, an accomplished director, and a native New Yorker.  AJ could not have been more candid and entertaining.  Check out his new film "Lady Peacock."  We finish up with a good old game of Dirtbag of the Week.

As always nice to be back in studio with my wingman.  Burlew and I discuss a million different things today including my late night call to Burlew, Punkin Chunkin, Pinochle, Coheed and Cambria, a man with an eyepatch puking, and Burlew falling asleep during a conference call.  We also talk about listening to Darryl Strawberry talk about his career and lifelong battle with addiction.  A very fun evening and chat session.

Help us out a leave a review on iTunes and follow us @VScomedy.

New episode!  Had to fight through the blues to do this one.  My dog is sick ok?.  Don't judge me.  Anyways, we sat and talked to Kane Kalas, son of legendary broadcaster, Harry Kalas, about his career as a professional poker player and opera singer.   Ignore the minor technical difficulties. Later on, we play a game where Burlew has to decide if he would keep his current job or take on one of history's worst instead.  Let me tell you.  His answers defy intelligence.
