Jesse Collins is the Director of Marketing and Product Management for REHAU's Millwork Solutions division. She grew up around the company, her mother worked at REHAU for 32 years, and Jesse started as an intern doing odd jobs while still in high school before taking on a more formal internship in college. She joined REHAU full time right out of college and has spent the past 17 years building her career there, starting on the edgeband side of the business in a marketing coordinator role and gradually taking on more responsibility across branding, communications, and product management. Two months before this conversation, she took over product management for REHAU's decorative surfaces and cabinet door materials, a move built on her deep product knowledge and her early hands on experience with the business.

Brian Milburn is the Vice President of Operations at Modular Millwork and the founder of Praxon, a field operations platform created to improve communication, documentation, scheduling, and accountability for millwork installation teams.
Raised in the woodworking industry by a cabinet maker, Brian began working in a millwork shop as a teenager and has spent nearly thirty years learning every aspect of the business, from building cabinets and running CNC equipment to engineering, estimating, production management, and executive leadership.

From swapping his first light fixture after a weekend of YouTube research, to touring the world in a signed band, to walking out of a commercial construction job after writing his resignation letter on the spot, Chris’ story is about calculated risk, momentum, and knowing when to bet on yourself.
The turning point came when he saw how powerful drawings and visualization were in high level commercial projects. That realization pushed him deeper into millwork, where he applied his signature formula, do a job, buy a tool, repeat. What started as small built ins and IKEA installs eventually turned into a full commercial shop, a 5,000 square foot facility, and a complete restart across the country.
