Por aquí les traigo uno de los ejercicios de mi rutina del día lunes, hoy trabaje gluteos y femorales. El peso muerto con mancuerna, así se llama este ejercicio, hay personas que lo hacen con barra pero a mi me estaba costando mucho mantener La técnica y aun lucho con eso, porque me tengo que concentrar mucho en el movimiento y hacer conexión con el músculo, si no termino muy adolorida de la zona lumbar y por supuesto que no queremos eso

En el gym voy de a poco intentando mantener una buena postura y hacer los ejercicios de manera correcta y eficiente, para luego ir aumentando de peso, cuando ya se que domino un ejercicio ahí si aumento de peso o complejidad
