I have a good excuse for this most recent hiatus between episodes. I became a Dad again late last year and have been enjoying Freddie time! Great to be back in the saddle again for a new episode though : )

For this one, keeping with the theme of practical, applicable Vedic wisdom, Dani and I explored the topic of Self Love. What is it, exactly from the Vedic perspective? And most importantly, how can we experience more of it?
