Time is a valuable resource. It holds as much importance as money. When you have ample time, you can use it to generate more money. However, if you have a lot of money and not enough time, you will need to spend money to create more time. You may have heard rich or poor people complain about not having enough time or money. The truth is, time should be used wisely because it is a precious commodity. If you utilize your time effectively, people will look up to you as a leader. Your efficiency will inspire others to want to have what you possess. I come from a military background and hold a business school degree. I have come across a unique concept of time management: rubber band time. This concept means showing up when you can, not too early or too late. It is a flexible approach that allows you to fit your schedule in when possible. People appreciate and understand this approach. It can be annoying to show up to work on time every day, so every business has a +/- 15 or 30-minute window to account for unforeseen circumstances.
