In this episode I open up about MY STORY. I have been sharing the tools I use to manage myself on @the.conscious.vet instagram for around 6 months... but with no real context. With this episode I want you to understand why I started The Conscious Vet and why I believe so strongly in the tools I use. I open up about my challenges with my mental health, the period of time that had me at breaking point and express my journey with complete vulnerability. I share with you how I turned my mindset around. I want to share this because with my vulnerability I hope that others will feel motivated to do the same; so that we can learn from each other and that we realise it is okay to be a veterinary HUMAN.
