Everyone has seen screen savers featuring stunning pictures of surreal landscapes.   First shot by the legendary photographer, Ansel Adams, Army Veteran, Franks Ruggles, is among the few Americans have held the title, The Official National Parks Photographer.   Caitlin Kenney recently spoke with him about jumping out planes, romance, bear encounters and his journey from Paratrooper to photgrapher.
