Josh has had plenty of failed attempts at getting a podcast going. While many of them were deleted after disappointment, some he still had on the backend.

So in this episode, he decides to just get those failed attempts out. So come check out some facts about Tower of Babel, Bloodlines, 52, and Underworld Unleashed.

You ready for this, Playa?

Welcome back to the club! This week, Allan Muir and Emmett Watkins Jr. return to talk about our lingering thoughts in the final days before the Microsoft and Activision Blizzard merger is finalized. Will Game Pass get a bunch of new games added? Will dead franchises like Singularity and Spyro return? Will the Call of Duty devs get a break for a few years? And more importantly, will the folks who have been suffering under Bobby Kotick be treated better once under Microsoft? We discuss all that and more in this episode, so buckle up!

Also, in the Watcha Playin segment, Al talks about Tears of the Kingdom and South Park: The Stick of Truth and  Emmett talks about Thymesia and Victor Van.

You ready for this, playa?

Welcome back to the club! This week,  Emmett and Al are back to talk about all of the juicy leaks coming out of the FTC’s trial against Activision/Blizzard and Microsoft. We talk about wild stories like: What other companies were Microsoft looking to purchase? Was Fallout 76 a success? What’s IO Interactives next game gonna be like? And we get into so much more because there is a LOT to talk about!

Later on, in the Whatcha Playin section, Emmett talks about Thymesia, and a bunch of Steam Next Fest demos and al talks about Aliens: Dark Decent and the Dead Space Remake.

It's a slobberknocker in court this week as the FTC tries to defend its stance (poorly) against the acquisition of Activision by Microsoft.

But I don't care about that! Instead I want to talk about some of those juicy deets that have been coming out due to redactions that....aren't as redacted as they should be. Plus, just some other fun stuff that's come out of it!

Welcome back to the club! Once again, Emmett Watkins Jr is not alone as Allan Muir joins him once again, with a visit from Josh and Graydon, to talk about all things Summer Games Fest. We go over the showcases from Xbox and PlayStation, and really just gush about how much brighter Xbox’s future seems right now in comparison. Then we talk about a bunch of the individual games from all of the many showcases, from indies to AAA blockbusters. There’s so much to talk about, we didn't even have enough time to talk about what we’re playing! So better step up and get a big heaping helping of games discussion.

Now for something completely different...

Editor's Note: I struggled with this audio a LOT. I wanted to make a fun intro and outro, but every time the audio would mess up again. So this is the best I could get, sadly. Please bear with me, and enjoy nonetheless!

Back on another drive home and Josh wanted to talk about a few things. Phasmaphobia on consoles? PeopleCanFly have a Microsoft project in the works? Going off on bigots? And why not finish it off with some talk about what he's been playing - Cassette Beasts.

Welcome back to the club! Well, tonight, the club is at low capacity, as the audio for the usual show was lost during editing. But now worry! While it might be a few days late, but Emmett Watkins Jr. has a solo episode for everyone this week. He spends the time talking about all the games he’s been dabbling in the last few days and gives some updates about a promise he made on a previous episode of the show. We talk about everything from Dreamcast hidden gems to the biggest game of 2023, so far, so tune in and listen up!
