Our first mix of 2017 debuts Federation Of The Disco Pimp, Unlimited Touch, The Motet, Marc Evans, Psychic Mirrors, Seawind, Fonda Rae and Bobby Womack. Rounding off the mix is a couple of serious grooves from Kraak & Smaak and Gladys Knight & The Pips.

This mix celebrates a number of the many musicians and singers we lost in 2016. Namely: Maurice White, Prince, Alphonse Mouzon, Colonel Abrams, Denise Matthews (Vanity), David Bowie, Glenn Frey (Eagles co-founder), Sharon jones and most recently George Michael. What a year, but what joy all these people brought to the world in their own way. Happy New Year one and all!

Mix 103 arrives on Christmas eve 2016 so you can funk up your festivities and ring in the new year with it. The mix features Al Kent, Jimmy Ross, Sunlightsquare, Glenn Jones, Charlie Wilson, Cool Million, Alton McClain, Incognito, Roy Ayers and a special track from James Brown, who passed away on Christmas day ten years ago.

Mix 102 features a whole host of serious grooves from Plej, Ed Motta, Kiki Ghan, Tom Browne, Ray Parker Jr, Thelma Houston, Prince, Cameo, Roy Ayers, and classic cuts from Sharon Jones and Colonel Abrams, who both sadly passed away recently.

Mix 101 features Jimmy Ross, Mr President, Los Charly's Orchestra, Pheeroan Aklaff, Norma Jean Wright, Mary Clark, Willie Hutch, Brenda Russell, Hil St Soul and a classic Heatwave track in honour of the late, great Rod Temperton.

This mix was originally released in 2014, but is now being re-released in honour of Rod Temperton's passing. This mix features an hour's worth of my favourite Temperton compositions and hopefully serves as a guided tour through his genius for songwriting and composition. RIP Rod Temperton. Another key figure of the golden era in music gone, but never forgotten. Tracklist @ http://www.viberide.org.uk/2/post/2014/04/in-rod-we-trust.html
